Nothing is wrong with you. Social anxiety is simply your nervous system perceiving social situations as unsafe and activating a fight, flight, or freeze response. This challenge is designed to help your system update and begin feeling safer socially.

It officially begins on January 1st.
On that day, you’ll receive an email with your login details and Day 1 instructions.

Until then, you don’t need to do anything.
Just know you’re in the right place, and that you won’t be doing this alone.
