Feeling Stuck?

Low on motivation, doubting yourself, or feeling overwhelmed?

If you don't feel like doing the next lesson, when your mind is full of doubts, you keep procrastinating, or you’ve got “I cannot do this” thoughts…

… this is the place to be.
First of all, this does not mean anything is wrong.

It simply means resistance has come up, which is a normal part of the healing process.
Your subconscious perceives change to be dangerous. And to protect you, it’s trying to stop you from changing.

No worries, we can tap to help it understand this transformation is both safe, gentle, and beneficial.

Below you will find a small set of short tap-alongs. Choose the one that fits how you feel right now and tap along with it.

Once you’ve done one, pat yourself on the back; you’ve just chipped away a little resistance. A win!

If you still feel resistance after a tap along, that’s totally fine.
If you want to do another one: Go for it.
If you feel more motivation, and you want to return to the module and do the next lesson: Do it.

However, you definitely don’t have to. You can simply call it a day and see how you feel tomorrow.

If you keep feeling resistance, you can keep returning here each day and do 1 tap along.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You do not need full relief on the issue you’re tapping with me on.
In fact, it’s far more common to feel a tiny bit of relief. And any kind of relief or insight is a little progress. These little shifts add up over time.

It’s very possible that you keep experiencing some resistance for a while. No worries. It’s simply part of the journey. It’s in fact so common, that “releasing resistance” is the second letter of my
ARTX approach.

So don’t let your inner hardcore perfectionist tell you that you need to get to 0% resistance now.
Just reduce it enough so you get a little boost to return to the next lesson in the modules.
And take comfort in knowing that Module 5 is dedicated to releasing resistance.

Not getting relief
on the issue you’re tapping on?

If you’re in the early modules, this is normal. Some people get noticeable shifts from the guided tap-alongs; others only feel small changes, tension softening, or insight. All of that is fine.

These early sessions mainly prepare your system for deeper shifts later.

You don’t need to force anything. Simply do each guided tap-along once (and only the “quick relief taps” that speak to you), and keep moving forward in the program.

If you’re trying to tap on your own already, great. Just know that the skills you’ll learn in Module 3 often make self-guided tapping much easier.

Modules 0–2 are about grounding, safety, and understanding.
You’ll learn the simple 7-Step EIR Method in Module 3, along with your first troubleshooting steps.

For now, just use a resistance or overwhelm tap-along to calm your system, and continue at your own pace. Everything you need is coming.

Start Here: The Top 3 Quick Resets

(Use one of these if you feel unsure which to pick.)

1. “It is OK to have resistance”

If you’re feeling upset with the fact that you’re dealing with resistance, this one is perfect.

2. “This will not work for me”

Great for doubt, discouragement, and the inner voice that says you are wasting your time.

3. “I feel overwhelmed”

For emotional overload, tension, and the feeling that the program is “too much right now."

Important Reminder

You are not expected to power through every day.

You are not expected to feel motivated all the time.
Motivation will be up and down throughout the journey.

These moments are a normal part of changing old patterns.

When resistance shows up:

  • notice it

  • pick one tap-along from this page

  • tap with it

  • then either rest or continue with the next lesson when you can

Every time you use this page, you are still moving forward. This is part of the process.
Every time you reduce resistance by even one percent, you’re still rewiring your system.

You are doing great.
Keep going in the way that works for you.
