Tips For Best Results
These simple guidelines help you get the most relief, the fastest progress, and the smoothest experience with FSAR.
• Go step by step
Everything builds on what came before it. Follow the lessons in order and let the program guide you.
• Do one short lesson on most days
Ten to fifteen minutes is enough. If you feel motivated to continue, great — do another one.
It’s easiest to make progress when you build a simple daily habit of “one video a day,” but you don’t have to be perfect.
• Expect ups and downs
Some days you’ll feel motivated, other days doubtful or resistant. That’s normal. Use the “Feeling Stuck?” section to reduce resistance and keep moving forward.
• Notice the small wins
More self-compassion. Feeling a bit less tense. Calming down faster after a social moment. These small shifts matter — they’re signs your system is changing.
• Keep coming back
Missed days or weeks don’t matter. Every time you return, you’re taking another step toward social ease. Each video is a small step forward on the path. Keep going.
