When I was still suffering from SA...

 

... I had no clue what was going on. I just knew I felt really nervous around certain people. And in groups.

I also blushed at the drop of a hat:

When the attention was on me all of a sudden
When I was criticised
When I was attracted to a girl
Etc.

In a social situation, my heart started to race like mad. And the worry of looking weird would get so strong I was convinced everyone could see my cringe.

But why all that was happening?
No clue.

I just knew I wanted nothing more than to be normal. But my SA didn’t allow any of that. (...)

Eventually, I discovered the self-help and personal development industry - Which was a tremendous relief.

There was something I could DO to become confident. I could change!
