Right, this is a tough spot. A lot of people hit this early on.
You’re doing the work, but nothing seems to be happening yet.
It’s easy to start thinking,
“Is this really for me?” or “Will this even work?”
This doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
This is just what you’re experiencing right now.
Social anxiety is what you have. It’s not who you are.
Change here starts with acceptance.
The real work is coming to terms with where you’re at, without judging it.
“I’m allowed to feel discomfort, and I can still accept myself.”
From there, things can start to shift.
Progress isn’t always obvious at the start. It builds over time, often quietly.
So you’re not behind.
You’re just moving forward in a way that’s not always easy to see.
And being here, still doing the work — that’s real progress.
Keep it simple and steady.
Just continue from where you left off, starting with tomorrow’s webinar.
You got this.
