You’re proud of the progress you’ve made, and you should be.
You’ve been showing up, putting in the work, and it’s paying off.

At the same time, there’s still more to do.
And part of you may wonder what happens if you continue on your own.

You don’t need to figure everything out alone.

At this stage, it’s less about finding something new, and more about continuing what’s already working.

Focus on small steps now, then a bit more tomorrow.
This journey takes as long as it takes, and that’s okay.

Measure your progress against where you were before, not others.

If part of you still feels like you “need” the club, that’s okay.
That doesn’t mean you’re dependent or less capable.

It only means you’re continuing to uncover new triggers, and working through new healing opportunities.

So, stay with your current rhythm.
→ Continue showing up and following along.
