I suffered from social anxiety for over a decade before discovering EFT tapping. Nothing worked for me. Not changing my thoughts, mindfulness, hypnosis, NLP, or exposure therapy. Everything changed when I discovered EFT tapping and began combining it with the best of psychology. I'm deeply grateful to have been free of social anxiety for years, and since 2009, I've dedicated my life to helping others achieve the same transformation.
